Shahrukh Khan and VIjay Sethupati working together in 'Jawaan'

After Shah Rukh Khan's film Pathan, his next film Jawan is getting a lot of buzzes.

Produced by Gauri Khan and directed by Atlee, the film stars Shahrukh Khan, Vijay Sethupati, and Nayanthara among others. We can see Deepika Padukone, Sanjay Dutt, and Thalapathy Vijay in cameo roles. For Nayanthara, it is going to be her first film in Hindi Cinema.

In late 2019, it was rumored that Shah Rukh Khan would team up with Tamil film director Atlee and the project was confirmed in 2020.

The shooting of the film is being shot in different locations in India such as Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Aurangabad, and Rajasthan. The cameo role of Deepika Padukone is already shot in Chennai.

Jawan is set to be released on 2 June 2023 in Hindi. However, there have been rumors about the release being pushed to October 2023 owing to the heavy VFX work

The film will be dubbed and released in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada languages. The estimated budget for the film is INR 200 crore.
