Song "Kutu Maa Kutu" has created history on Youtube

The song 'Kutu Maa Kutu' from the movie 'Dui Rupaiya' has set a new record on YouTube. This song has set a record as the first Nepali song to be viewed 200 million times on YouTube.

This song, a fusion of Rajan Raj Shiwakoti's lyrics, music, and melody, was launched seven years ago. Afterward, this song consistently created new records over time.

Apart from Rajan Raj, Melina Rai and Rajan Ishan have contributed their vocals to this song. Actress Swastima Khadka has performed in the video of this song. After its public release, this song continued to gain popularity, elevating Swastima Khadka's recognition even further. Nischal Basnet and Asif Shah were also seen performing in the video. This song significantly contributed to the commercial success of the movie as well.

After the song crossed 200 million views, music composer, lyricist, and singer Rajan Raj Shiwakoti expressed joy, sharing the time and experience of writing the song. He mentioned that he wrote this song at midnight on January 1, 2008. 

Rajan Raj expressed joy, attributing the creation of this song to the blessings of goddess Saraswati  and acknowledging the immense love received.
