The District Court ruled in Shilpa’s favor

The District Court, Kathmandu has decided in the case of actress Shilpa Pokhrel and film producer Chhabhi Ojha. The District Court ruled that Shilpa should be given half of Chhabhi’s property. Along with this, there has been a legal divorce between them.

Shilpa had filed a divorce and maintenance (Mana Chamal) case for her ex-husband. Now, Chhabi will have to give half of the property to Shilpa and she will also have to bear half of the debt incurred while being with Chabi. All the assets and debts of the Chhabi have been accounted for.

In court, Chhabi has shown a debt of more than 20 million. Thereof, Shilpa will get half of the loan amount from Chhabi’s half of the property. Likewise, the court has dismissed the polygamy case which was filed by his first wife.

The court dismissed the case on the grounds stating he had already divorced his first wife. After losing the case in the district, Chhabiraj Ojha is preparing to go to the High Court. On the other hand, Shilpa is seen expressing her happiness on social media.
